How We're Responding

Here at Offshore Marine, we are aware of the novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation that is going on across the world. We would like to extend our thoughts and prayers to everyone who has been affected in any way by the virus and we hope that you and your loved ones will remain healthy through this unprecedented pandemic.

May 8th, 2020

Order processing times have continued as normal. However ALL shipping carriers are experiencing delays in normal package transit and delivery. We are finding that it doesn't matter the carrier (UPS, USPS or FEDEX) or the shipping service (air or ground), some packages are being delivered on time and many are not. Unfortunately we (or any of the shipping carriers) CANNOT promise a certain delivery day. With that being said, if it is CRITICAL that you receive your parts by a certain date, you may want to shop locally where you can pickup your parts. We apologize for the inconvenience this causes but the times-in-transit are beyond our control!

April 19th, 2020

Order processing times are still normal. Most domestic (USA based) shipments appear to be on time with some having slight 1 or 2 day delays in transit. This seems to be due to situations related to the coronavirus, only in certain isolated areas of the US.

International shipments are a different story! Due to delivery issues, cancelled flights, etc we have decided to suspend the international postal services at this time. As the shipping services, disrupted by the situation surrounding the novel coronavirus, return to normal we will update accordingly. For the international shipments, we can quote DHL and / or UPS shipping cost. Simply send us an email (using our "Contact Us" page, with the list of parts (with quantities of each) and the desired shipping address, and we will quote the rate for you. We are very sorry for this inconvenience!

April 8th, 2020

Over the last 6 days we have been seeing a slight increase in disruption of parts supply to us. We expect this disruption to get worse as time goes on. This seems to be caused by limited workers within our vendor's warehouses and a few manufacturers have closed their doors, causing a shortage of some parts. We are currently still processing and shipping orders on time. However there may be an occasional issue with availability of parts for an order. Please rest assured, if we have an issue processing your order, we will contact you ASAP to mitigate any delays.

April 2nd, 2020 --- Original Notice ---

As of today, April 2nd, we are still making every effort to keep our office / warehouse open and operating as close to normal as possible. We have implemented thorough and effective ways to mitigate the spread of the virus as outlined by the CDC and WHO, to ensure the health and safety of our employees and customers during this time. We will have our phone lines open to assist with placing orders. Please note, there may be times when our phones go to voicemail during peak call times. This is largely due to an increase in demand and the restructuring of our call center due to the Coronavirus. As of now, our order processing times are normal however this may change with no warning due to the volatile nature of the current public health situation. Any changes to the current order processing times will be communicated on this page.

We appreciate all your patience and support and hope that all of you continue to stay safe and healthy during this truly challenging time.
