On our product pages, we list ranges of years / horsepowers a product will fit. This doesn't mean it will fit every model within those ranges. Additionally, there is no way to list every model / serial an item will fit. Therefore, we include OEM part numbers the product will directly replace. Always go by these numbers to identify fitment to your application. If you need to look up the correct part number, you may utilize your manufacturers' schematic links located on our schematic links page. Still need help, fill out the contact form. More than likely, Yes! 99.9% of the products sold are new. The only used and/or remanufactured parts we sell are some crankshafts, certain connecting rods and a couple gearcases. All New, Used and Remanufactured parts are clearly marked as such.

Approximately 95% of the items in our inventory are aftermarket products, and this is truly an advantage for our customers. Our selection consists of cost-effective products meticulously chosen for their established quality and reliability. Our confidence in these products is so high that we personally incorporate them into our own watercraft.

Typically all parts are in stock, however we do have some occasions where a product must be transferred to us before shipment. Either way, most orders placed Monday-Friday are usually shipped within 24 hours although in some circumstances it can take up to 48 hours to ship your order. Orders placed Friday afternoon through the weekend are typically processed the following business day. If we anticipate any abnormal delay we always contact the customer as soon as we are aware of the issue.

This truly depends on the product, the destination and the shipping service. We are located in Florida, so destinations close to us will receive orders quicker than others further away. If you require a product by a certain date, please call us so we can assure delivery by that date.

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Australia just to name a few. If your country is not listed in the dropdowns within the checkout, we likely don't ship there. However, to inquire about shipping to a different destination, please contact us.

Items must be returned within 30 days of the order date after the issuance of a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Contact us to have an RMA created for your return and receive instructions for returning the product(s) to us.

Refunds are typically processed within 5 business days from when we receive the item(s).

Tools, electrical products, gasket kits and carburetor kits that have been opened are not returnable. Cut-to-Order products are also not returnable. For our full policy see our Return Policy.
