Catalytic Plate

AKA "D" Plate

This stainless D plate is the alternative to replacing a defective and expensive catalytic converter.  Removal of the catalytic converter and installation of this plate will allow the use of regular 2-stroke oils, lowers temperatures within the engine compartment and increases power.  This plate is identical to those used in other countries that have less strict emissions standards and therefore may not pass emissions tests.  So this plate is only intended for competition use.

*If you are ordering for a new installation you must use sensor chip #1-011-605 when D plate is installed.  This sensor chip will bypass the temp sensor and will fool the CDI into allowing the engine to run as intended.
